The Targeted Assistance Discretionary Program (TAG-D) provides employment, case management and social adjustment services to at-risk and underserved populations in Jefferson, Fayette and Daviess Counties. The primary beneficiaries targeted by this program
are young adult refugees seeking jobs that accommodate their school schedule and familial obligations, and adult refugees who have been in the United States for more than eight months and need assistance in acquiring and maintaining a job. Social adjustment services for these groups include job readiness classes, support groups, counseling and targeted cultural orientation programming.
