Targeted Assistance

The Targeted Assistance Grant (TAG) funds a variety of employability services that assist qualifying residents of Jefferson, Fayette and Warren counties in reaching economic self-sufficiency through employment. The following programs are offered in each county:

Jefferson County

  • Extended Employment Services
  • Career Development/Laddering
  • Specialized English Language Training
  • Extended Case Management
  • Cultural Orientation
  • Mental Health Services
  • Computer Training
  • Driver’s Education
  • Citizenship Preparation

Targeted Assistance providers in Jefferson County are Kentucky Refugee Ministries, Catholic Charities – Migration Refugee Services and Jewish Family and Career Services.

Fayette County
